It depends on the scope — the size of the pool, whether you add a spa, an outdoor kitchen, fire features and hardscape, and how much of the yard you want finished. A complete backyard is a different project than a pool on its own.
We're not the cheapest builder in Houston and we don't try to be. Every design is built from scratch with certified materials, and we don't hand you a final number until the design is exactly what you want. On the call we'll give you an honest ballpark before anyone spends a week on a design.
The design comes first and takes about a week — 3D render, full layout and proposal, revised until it's what you want. Once you approve it and we break ground, a pool runs 4–6 weeks from dig to swim, weather permitting. A complete backyard — pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire features — runs 8–12 weeks depending on scope.
Yes — permits and inspections are handled by us as part of the project. You don't deal with the city, and it's already accounted for in your timeline.
Most builders hand you a one-year blanket warranty. We don't. Our warranties are itemized by component in your contract: 10 years on plaster, 3 years on pool equipment (an extended warranty we get as a distributor), lifetime on the gunite shell, and 2 years on tile, coping, concrete, plumbing and electrical. All in writing, before you sign.
The whole backyard is our typical project — pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire features, hardscape, landscaping and lighting. It's all designed as one space and built by our own in-house crew, under one contract and one timeline. No coordinating five different subcontractors yourself.
